Following a ground breaking in the last week of June, the footings for this gracious, family-sized home are due to be poured by mid-July says project manager Chris Hughes.
Plans for the home were carefully drawn to meet the needs of the clients by Hughes Edwards’ in-house design team. The 4,800 square foot home will be all-brick with four bedrooms and a full basement. Interior finishes will include hardwood floors throughout, an elegant groin vault ceiling in the dining room and a coffered-ceiling study. With lots of outdoor living space, the upper covered floor porch includes a pretty fireplace.

In case you were able to visit the Parade of Homes fall of 2012, the home is located on Kings Camp Pass and just around the corner from that pretty streetscape. The home will be the first to go up in the neighborhood’s all-custom, 3A section.

Located off Highway 96 East, Kings’ Chapel is a stunning 700-acre gated community – one of the few dedicated natural resource communities in Middle Tennessee. There are approximately 100 homes there at present and the neighborhood is expected to have approximately 450 homes when completed.
