We recently had the pleasure of working with some wonderful homeowners on building a beautiful custom home in Kings’ Chapel community. If you haven’t yet visited Kings’ Chapel, it is worth the drive. The stunning 700-acre gated community of Kings’ Chapel is located in the rolling hills of beautiful Arrington, Tennessee. One of the few dedicated natural resource communities in Middle Tennessee, from setting and amenities to quality of homes and convenience, Kings’ Chapel sets a new standard in fine Southern living. Minutes from Franklin and Murfreesboro’s interstate systems as well as some of the best schools in the nation are carefully planned home sites, limited in number, and wrapped by natural green space.
This two story stone and brick home designed by Hughes-Edwards Builders was carefully situated on the lot to take full advantage of the opportunity to include a full walkout basement. Some of the home’s features include a free standing soaker tub in the master bathroom, hardwood floors throughout, three piece crown moulding and paneled columns throughout. Also included are granite counter tops throughout, trex decking on the exterior deck on the main level with a stoned veneer fireplace containing a ventless firebox and a three car garage on the main level.
